For the Kids: Pita bread with ricotta cheese and avocado

Kids will love this tasty breakfast of pita bread with ricotta cheese and avocado. It is simple to make and eat on the go.

Warm up the pita breads in the toaster or microwave until they are soft. Spread ricotta cheese and add slices of tomato and avocado. Add a slice of ham for an extra source of protein. Roll up and let them enjoy!

For the Adults: An avocado omelet

Eggs are a great source of protein and when combined with avocados they make a delicious and nutritious breakfast. To make an avocado omelet, add one teaspoon of olive oil to a pan and brown some minced onions. Add bell pepper and fry until it starts to soften up. Add a handful of fresh, clean spinach and mix. Once the spinach is cooked, remove the vegetables from the pan.
