INGREDIENTS

Pasta Salad For vinaigrette:

  • 1 cup of olive oil
  • 1/4 cup white wine vinegar
  • 1 tablespoon grated orange peel
  • 1/4 cup orange juice
  • 1 teaspoon honey
  • 2 tablespoons spicy raspberry chipotle sauce
  • Salt and pepper to taste

For the salad:

  • 3 cups elbow macaroni pre cooked
  • 1 cup sun-dried tomatoes hydrated
  • 1/2 cup olives black
  • 1/2 cup olive green
  • 1 cup of mozzarella balls
  • 1 Avocado From Mexico, diced

PREPARATION
  • In a bowl, add the vinegar, orange juice, zest of orange, honey, tabasco, salt and
    pepper to taste. Beat all until well blended and add a little olive oil.
  • In another bowl add the macaroni, olive$> tomato, rnozzarella cheese and avocado.
    Pour the vinaigrette, mix well and serve.
