INGREDIENTS

  • 1 cup black beans, without broth
  • 1 cup pinto beans, without broth
  • 1 1/2 cups diced pineapple
  • 1 Avocado From Mexico, diced
  • 1/2 cup fresh cilantro, chopped
  • 2 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil
  • 3 tablespoons lemon juice
  • 1/2 cup red onion, chopped
  • 1/2 teaspoon of cumin powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste

PREPARATION
  • In a medium bowl, mix all ingredients; refrigerate for 1 hour and serve cold
