
INGREDIENTS
- 2 large ripe Avocados From Mexico, pulp only
- 1 tablespoon chopped cilantro
- 2 tablespoons lemon juice
- 2 tablespoons chopped onion
- 1 clove garlic, crushed green serrano chile, chopped, to taste
- ½ teaspoon sugar
- 1 cup heavy cream
- ¼ cup olive oil
PREPARATION
- Blend the avocados with the remaining ingredients until it reaches a smooth mixture.
- Refrigerate before serving.
- Excellent for salads.
