INGREDIENTS

  • 2 eggs
  • 1 tablespoon milk
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Cooking spray
  • 1/4 cup queso fresco
  • 1/2 Avocado From Mexico

PREPARATION
  • In a bowl, beat the eggs and milk. Add salt and pepper.
  • Over medium heat spray a small skillet with cooking spray, add the beaten eggs and cook.
  • When you see that it’s browing on the edges, turn it over.
  • Let it cook for a few more minutes, then add the cheese and the avocado and fold it in half.
  • Let it cook a little longer and serve.
